  1. Prepare 12 lb. shrimp, peeled - I usually buy shrimp frozen, raw, deveined, with the tails still on. Thaw in a strainer under cool water, remove the tails, and spread out over paper towels to pat dry
  2. Get 1 Tbsp olive oil
  3. Use 1 Tbsp chili flakes
  4. Provide 1 tsp garlic powder
  5. You need 1 tsp sea salt
  6. Use 14 tsp black pepper
  7. Prepare 1 avocado
  8. Use 1 Tbsp coconut milk (any other milk may work)
  9. You need 14 tsp fresh lime juice
  10. Get 2 medium sweet potatoes

  1. Preheat oven to 375 degrees. Wash sweet potatoes, cut them into halves and place on a baking tray. Brush with a bit of oil, season with salt and pepper then roast in the oven for about 30-40 minutes.
