The ingredients needed to make Easy Chilli:
  1. You need 500 g Lean beef mince
  2. Provide 2 chopped peppers
  3. Prepare 1 chopped onion
  4. Provide 1 garlic clove
  5. Take 1 can chopped tomatoes
  6. You need 1 can red kidney beans
  7. Provide Half can of refried beans
  8. Get 1 fresh chilli
  9. You need Salt and pepper

Steps to make Easy Chilli:
  1. Chop the pepper, onion, garlic and chilli. (My chopping isn't exactly Michelin standard but it will still taste good!)
  2. Heat the chopped vegetables (including the chilli) in a pan until softened.
  3. Add the mince and stir in until brown. Season with salt and pepper (and chilli powder if you like it hotter).
  4. Once mince is brown add can of chopped tomatoes, half can of refried beans and can of kidney beans and stir into the mix until any excess liquid is reduced.
