The ingredients needed to prepare Khadi (Besan):
- Provide 125 gms Besan( 5 tbsp approximately
- You need 5 big Tomatoes,few kukum
- Take Mix Vegs (Bheedi, potato, cauliflower,arbi, brinjal,gavar,suran)
- Take All Spices including Salt
- Prepare 3⁄4 green chillies, few curry patta, corrriander leaves, ginger
- Use For Tadkaa; mustard seeds, Methi seeds, Jeera, Red chilli powder
- Take Oil as required
Steps to make Khadi (Besan):
- In a big Cooker,put Oil, when heating put chopped green chillies, saute for 1 minute,add 1⁄2 tsp Rai, Jeera, methi seeds,put immediately Besan (5tbsp),stir continuously till Besan change colour to brownish and separates Oil,add 2⁄2 tsp Red chilli powder,now add little water and tomato puree and saute for few minutes,add water as required
- Now put all Vegs,all Spices (haldi), grated ginger, curry patta,kukum and Salt as per required and cover the Cooker for 1 whistle, and sim the Gas for few minutes and granish with corrriander leaves
- Lastly serve with hot Rice and kicha's, yummy it taste
