- using a pastry brush .. brush a thin layer of olive oil on cookie sheet, or foil/parchment lined cookie sheet.
- spread out bread cubes in a single layer.

- using a shaker or as I do( use my sifter) and sprinkle cheese all over the bread cubes.
- toss bread cubes in pan to get the rest of parm onto cubes.. replace in single layer..
- bake 15-20 minutes tossing every 5 minutes. until cubes are crispy andd browned nicely or till desired doneness..
- let cool and serve on soup. or store in air tight container.
