The ingredients needed to make Alex's vegetable soup. 🙂:
- Take 5 lb. Of chicken breast
- Take 3 cans carrots (I know I used raw baby carrots)
- Take 4 bell peppers (get colored ones to add beauty)
- Prepare Salt + table pepper + lemon pepper + cracked black pepper
- Prepare Onion powder + garlic powder
- Take Hot sauce + Lea and Perrins Worcester scauce
- Prepare 3 Fire-roasted diced canned tomatoes
- Take Parmesan cheese
- You need 3 cans golden sweet corn
- Use 2 boxes chicken broth (one regular sodium and one low sodium)
- You need 2 bags shrimp
- Get BBQ sauce
Steps to make Alex's vegetable soup. 🙂:
- Cut up your chicken breast along with your carrots and dump them in a stockpot.
- Now de-stem and de-seed your bell peppers and rip them up and dump them in the pot.
- Open the shrimp and put them in the pot.
- Add you canned goods and spices. And pour in both boxes of soup (that's y you have to have a stockpot). 🙂
