The ingredients needed to cook Vegetable soup | Healthy recipe:
  1. Use 1 Carrot
  2. Take few Beans
  3. Get 1 cup Cabbage
  4. Provide 12 bowl Peas
  5. Get 1 Capsicum
  6. Use 1 Onion
  7. Get 1 small Ginger
  8. Take few Garlic cloves
  9. You need 1 tbsp Pepper powder
  10. Prepare to taste Salt
  11. Take 10 grams Butter
  12. Prepare 1 teaspoon Lemon juice
Instructions to make Vegetable soup | Healthy recipe:
  1. Cut the given vegetables as fine as possible.
  2. In a pan add butter.when butter melts add finely chopped ginger and garlic saute well.
  3. Add onions and saute little.
  4. Add finely chopped vegetables.
  5. Add pepper and salt with vegetables mix well.
  6. Add 2 glasses of water close the lid and allow the vegetables to cook.
  7. Stirr occasionally
  8. When the vegetables are cooked well and the water got thickened then add corn flour mixture.add water with corn flour mix and pour into soup.This step is optional
  9. After 2 minutes add extra pepper powder if you need means.
  10. Squeeze half lemon juice.
  11. Vegetables soup is now ready
  12. Serve hot.
